7 A.M. on the first day. (Nov. 17th) It weighed
roughly 150 dressed and had 5 points." |

A photo of venison Apple Cider

12 hours in front of fireplace.
And also Venison tenderloin blacken with crushed juniper
berry, thyme, and pepper rub.
"I gained weight Hunting
seasons. The English gentleman that comes over to hunt
with us who has been all over the world claims that some
of the best dinners he has ever had is in Mckie
Hollow. "

The Spiezio Family
Hunt.
Hal Spiezo and his sons
Mark and Poke all got deer within 90 minutes of each other
on November 10th. They were hunting on Hal's farm,
Route 372, Jackson
Mark's deer was an 8 pointer,
with a 17 ½ '
spread and weighing 155 lbs.
When asked "Any
specifics about the other 2 deer?", Mark answered. "probably
not, only spike horns."
