Memories: Doubleheader baseball game on hot sunny day of our Jr Prom. All the guys on the prom court were really sun burnt. Spending gym class for an entire year picking up stones on the new athletic field. The Jr Play cast. Going to Patrician Hall for 5th grade while they built the new addition to CCS. Bernie Stinner's extra-wide ties. Tillie Hudson's style (local version of Kate Hepburn). Walking to school in 20-below weather (no, it wasn't uphill both ways). DeMolay Dances at the Masonic Lodge over Higgins Hardware Store. Mr. Herbert, Mr Crowe, Mr Leyden, Mr Bailey, Mr Montgomery, "Tillie" Hudson, Ethel "Hawk-Eye" Sharon. Nice people, great little town.
