Last
week
we
laid
to
rest
my
step-mom
of
46
years,
Marcia,
at
West
Point
with
my
dad,
Charles.
She
was
one
day
past
her
90th
birthday.
It
was
a
solemn,
spiritual
time
in
the
old
hometown,
Cambridge,
NY,and
then
the
next
day
down
on
the
Hudson
River.
She
wrote
to
me
faithfully
every
week,
and
gave
Dad
probably
another
15-20
years,
after
he
retired
in
1961
(and
Mother
Anita
died
a
short
time
later).
Brother
Bob
preceded
her
in
passing
in
1995.
Brothers
Chuck
and
Jon
and
I
will
miss
her
dearly.
