David passed away on February 7, 2022 at age 84. He was predeceased by his parents, Cecile and David F. Hoffman; daughter, Lisa Ann Hoffman.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Joan Tremayne Hoffman; children, Robert (Rebecca) Hoffman and Mark (Renee) Hoffman; and his granddaughter Erin-Leigh Hoffman. Brother, Douglas Arthur (Lorrie) Hoffman. Cousins, nieces, nephew and many friends.
