67,
a
longtime
car
dealer
in
Greenwich,
passed
away
Wednesday,
Jan.
9,
2008,
at
the
Glens
Falls
Hospital,
after
a
long
illness.
Born
April
30,
1940,
in
Brooklyn,
he
was
the
son
of
the
late
Anthony
and
Josephine
D'Agistino
Cristaldi.
Frank
operated
Cristaldi
Chrysler
Plymouth
in
Greenwich
for
35
years
and
was
a
member
of
the
New
York
State
Dealers
Association.
A
favorite
pastime
and
a
lifelong
hobby
was
training
and
racing
horses
at
the
Saratoga
Raceway
and
other
tracks
throughout
the
Northeast.
He
was
one
of
the
first
persons
to
import
race
horses
from
Australia
and
New
Zealand.
He
was
past
president
of
the
Saratoga
Horseman's
Association.
Frank
had
a
passion
for
cooking
for
his
family
and
had
owned
Thyme
Out
Restaurant
in
Greenwich
for
a
number
of
years.
He
was
a
member
of
Union
Engine
Company
in
Greenwich.
Survivors
are
his
wife,
Rosalie
DeJuan
Cristaldi
of
Greenwich;
his
children,
Jay
Cristaldi
of
Glens
Falls,
Gwendolyn
Cristaldi
and
her
husband,
James
Hilliker
Jr.
of
Saratoga
Springs,
Dianna
Cristaldi
of
Saratoga
Springs,
Nichole
Cristaldi
of
Greenwich
and
Leisha
Cristaldi
of
Greenwich;
brothers,
Vincent
Cristaldi
of
Shushan,
Anthony
Cristaldi
of
Geneva
and
Richard
Cristaldi
of
Clinton,
N.Y.;
grandchildren:
Jason
and
Ryan
Snell,
Lea
and
Bethany
Wurster,
Michael

Funeral
Mass
will
be
celebrated
at

a.m.
Saturday,
Jan.
12,
2008,
at
St.
Joseph's
Church
in
Greenwich
with
the
Rev.
John
Kirwin
officiating.
The
Rite
of
Committal
will
be
in
St.
Joseph's
Cemetery
in
the
spring
