Tamarack tree near Garret Albert's former home. Garret told me that Tamarack trees grow in a swamp and this is living proof that the East End and West End of the Village of Cambridge were once divided by a swamp . You will note that the top of the tree broke off years ago.

Our daughter, Maija, here in Florida found some fall color that reminded her of the north when she went to a local Reserve to take pictures.
