Dear CCS Alumni and Friends, a few more of you have sent in your registrations. Please do not wait until the last minute. Deadline is June 30
Apologies to DeBBy Vitello, Class of 1963. She was listed as DeNNy on the list of Reunion registrations in the June Page 1 Newsletter. Sorry about that, Debby!!!!! In
response to my statement that you all went silent on me
Thank you
for including me in your newsletters. I always enjoy them even
though I was a neighbor from "over the hill" and a Greenwich alumnus
married to a Cambridge alumnus. I want to tell you and other alumni
from Cambridge about the official commemorative coin being sold by
the Cambridge Historical Society and Museum. It is really beautiful
and the only coin sanctioned by the Village of Cambridge Board to
celebrate the 150th anniversary of the village. We feel very
privileged to be able to offer this coin and to receive the proceeds
courtesy of the Village Board. Attached is a picture of the coins
which are available at various places in Cambridge and of course at
the museum when we are open Tuesdays and Saturdays from 1-3 p.m. Gary Ackley – class of 1989. I have to give you credit for keeping the newsletter going – despite lack of info. Kudos for doing a tough job. And… I will not be attending. Real-life…. Gets in the way.
Becky (Woodcock)Benoit Class of 1980 still thinking about it. Anybody else going from the Class of 1980? Joel Collamer
Still thinking about it. All the best! Regrettably not going--acting in the mystery play "And Then There Were None." And not a play goes by that I think about the joyous times on stage at CCS. No joke, believe me Brent Lerch, class of ‘66 Had planned to attend the reunion but have now figured out I’m over booked in July. Just got back from a couple of weeks at Disney and Florida beach stay and realized I have legal and managerial commitments to the companies I own and investments in a start-up, a couple of board meetings out of state, 2 weddings to attend (one in Vermont and one in Florida), a couple of planned family events and community events, and college student tutoring (plus I work with my college graduate and undergraduate alumni and the University of Georgia school of business). Haven’t quite figured out how to slow down or why I should “retire” when I’m having too much fun. There is so much more to do and accomplish. Hope the reunion goes well and look forward to possibly attending next year. It has come to my attention that the midi, played by Kerry McKernon, Class of 1958 does NOT play on the Alma Mater page. I think it is because I am using an antique FrontPage program as my editor. I have tried pasting the HTML on the page but it still will not play. If you think you can help me, please let me know. http://ccsindians.com/almamater.htm REUNION REGISTRATION….If your name is NOT on this list, you are NOT registered!!
