A SPECIAL REQUEST

The Animal Rescue Site www.theanimalrescuesite.com

I am a member of the Shih Tzu and Fur baby Rescue which is based in Ga.  Three of my four dogs came from this small dog rescue organization. We don't have a shelter all dogs are housed in private homelessness vetted  neutered or spayed and transported to permanent homes when one is adopted.  Many of our adoptions are through Petfinder.Com.  We just took in 58 dogs mostly puppies from a breeder in Missouri.  He couldn't find a market for them.  YAY!! She gave them to us but we had to pick them up within a week or they would all be shot.  Somehow STFBR managed to pull together a transport for the dogs.   A lot of them are ok but some came with worms giardia pneumonia etc. Some were/are pregnant.
Anyway we are presently trying to win a contest with the hope that we can win some money to pay for some of the vetting bills.  The Animal Rescue Site
www.theanimalrescuesite.com holds these contests fairly frequently and if we can get enough people to vote we can win again.  It's easy enough to do. You just have to go to the animal rescue site click on the large purple button which is for a donation of food to shelters all over the country.  Then you go to the tabs on the right side of the page and click on contest  That opens another page.  There is an explanation of the contest and a place to vote.  All you need to do is to type "shih" (no quotes no capitals) in the box and then click on GA for the state.  Our rescue should come up and you can vote for it.  Then wait a second another page pops up and  you verify your vote by typing in the animal that comes up.  It's a cow or a pig or a tiger....you get the idea.  If you go back to the first page on the left side you can click on a place for a daily reminder.  That's what I do and it takes about 30 seconds or less to do the whole thing daily.  I'd appreciate it if CCS grads would help us in this endeavor to win.  The contest will probably last about 60 days. Thanks, Jane Wright
