Born in Canada, a son of the late William and Rose M. (Napierski) Spillman, he had lived in Rhode Island for many years.

Mr. Spillman was the Vice President and General Manager of Sun-Tech, Sunrise Technologies in Raynham, MA for many years.

In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters, Melanie Collette of Bristol and Danielle Lebosky of Florida; beloved granddaughter, Gwen Lee Goncalves of Bristol; one brother, William Spillman and his wife Barbara of Virginia; one sister, Marjorie Spillman of California; two nieces and two nephews.

His Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in the Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 615 Main Street, Warren. Funeral and burial is private.
