Betty Guile LaTulippe

 

FORT EDWARD — Betty A. LaTulippe, 82, passed away Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, in Fort Edward, after a stay in Glens Falls Hospital, with her loving family at her bedside.
She was born Dec. 14, 1929, in Cambridge, N.Y., the daughter of the late Lester and Ann (Flynn) Guile.
Betty graduated from Cambridge High School in 1948, after utilizing the Feed House that year because of the school burning down.
She married Raymond LaTulippe in 1956 in Buskirk N.Y. Betty’s love for travel was for filled during the years Raymond was in the U.S. Air Force, seeing Tripoli, Libya, Pakistan, Washington, D.C., Texas, Tucson, Ariz., and ending in her home state of New York. She enjoyed cooking, baking, collecting angels and was a great mom.
She was predeceased by her parents; and her son, Edward LaTulippe in 2007.
Betty is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Raymond LaTulippe of Fort Edward; and their children, John LaTulippe of Bath, N.Y., Mary Cusack and husband, Tim, of Greenwich, and Bill LaTulippe of The Dalles, Ore. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Nadine Cusack of Hudson Falls, James LaTulippe, of Billings, Mont., and Taylor Livengood of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and her brothers, Jack Guile of Buskirk and Bob Guile of Eagle Bridge.
At Betty’s request, no calling hours will be held.
A memorial Mass will held at Our Lady of the Annunciation Church, Aviation Road, Queensbury, at a time to be announced.
Burial will take place in Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, at a later date.
Betty’s funeral arrangements are being handled through Regan & Denny Funeral Home, 53 Quaker Road, Queensbury.
