Chase, Arthur Gareth, 82, passed away June 11, 2015. Arthur was born on November 5, 1933 in Cambridge, New York, to Lathrop Chase and Jessey Hungerford.

He was a Veteran of the Air Force and a retired Carpenter for WSU. He was also a mason, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with family.

Arthur is survived by: wife of 59 years, Barbara Townsend Chase; daughters, Denise Nelson and Donna Treadwell; brother, Richard (Lou) Chase; sisters, Ann (Joe) Gillen and Sally Pullen; grandchildren, David (Shannon) Treadwell, Robert (Joanna) Treadwell, Gregory (Amanda) Treadwell, Jennifer (Ian) Franklin, Chris (Sarah) Treadwell, James McQueen, David (Allison) Wilcox, and Garrett Nelson; and 16 great grandchildren.

 Memorials may be made to Aldersgate United Methodist church at 7901 W 21st St N, Wichita, KS 67205. Funeral service will be held at Aldersgate United Methodist Church on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
