Earl Hunt, Class of 1957
Football season.   Fun away games.   Bad thing.  That other season not too far behind

Ryan Jeskie. Class of 2014. Cambridge NY,
studying golf and sports turf management at SUNY Delhi.

Linda Grunthaner Baxter, Class of "72  I remember that my family went to eat at a diner in Eagle Bridge (we were living in Buskirk at the time) and some older gentleman came in and started talking about the "damn fool city people come to look at the leaves-ayah".  It became my mother's favorite thing to say about slow drivers during the fall months.  My husband and I live in the piney woods of east TX now so we don't get the full effect of the leaves changing, but we love the weather down here.  We are both retired now and spend lots of time with our grandkids.  Just got back from a trip to Tulsa to visit Joe Bug, 3 yrs old and we took my other daughter's 2 yr old son Corbin with us for a fun filled indoor water park weekend.  Hello to everyone from CCS.

Lorna Finning, class of 1970

I'm currently in San Jose, CA, working on a mental health counseling internship in Mountain View and Sunnyvale.  I'm only going to be here for about a year, planning to return home next June so I can join you for lunch when you get there.  I hear traffic almost 24 hours a day, which I'm not used to and makes me miss the peace and quiet of Murray Hollow very much. I'm told I'll like the weather, though, and definitely do like the fact that I could be outside trying to watch the lunar eclipse last night in a short-sleeved shirt.  I'm near Santa Cruz and San Francisco as well as my two sons and their families, so I'm loving the area (except for the noise).  I'm looking forward to returning home next summer, though, and enjoying the Battenkill along with the abundant greenery of places not in a 4-year-long drought.

Christine Harrington Class of 1966 now living in Hebron, NY.

Fall is the BEST season....the air is crisp, the colors are beautiful, I personally have more energy, Love being outside and looking forward to jeans and boots (not snow boots) and being able to wear clothes without sweating!!!  (Oh, ladies aren't supposed to sweat.....but this one does). Love the Northeast...Grateful the Lord has me living here.

Mary Lyn (Kyer) Martin, Class of ‘65, residing in NE Ohio ~~ I try to get back to Cambridge every other autumn.  The foliage is nice here, but it just doesn’t compare to back home.

Marjorie Hunt Phelps   Class of 1962  Living in Montrose, Co.

Mary Worner Robinson Class of 1962.  Fall in Florida means the weather is finally cooling off enough that you can enjoy going outside again. I do miss the fall colors I took for granted when I lived in upstate NY. Other then that I am enjoying retirement.  This summer I went to ND to visit my daughter, granddaughters and families. Next summer back to NY to visit family and go to the CCS reunion.
