Mrs. Anuszewski and  Mrs. Stefanovich’s kindergarten class have been receiving postcards from various States in the US while learning about maps.  Their goal is to get a postcard from all 50 states.  Upon receipt, the postcard is adhered to a map of the US so the students get a visual of where it was mailed from.  LET’S HELP THEM OUT!!   Please send a postcard to

June Johnson Lawrence - Class of 1961 - Lakeland, FL

Florida in the winter is Florida.  As far as I'm concerned, there really is no visible "change of seasons" in Florida.

I spent three months in Germany with my daughter and family from Thanksgiving, when my third grandson was born, until mid-February.  It was freezing, especially since it rained almost every day.  Bruce joined us for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year's.  The only snow we saw the entire time is in this picture I took from Krista's window.  I was disappointed. I enjoyed the Christmas Markets they had in all the towns and this was in Frankfurt.

Paul Schneider, Class of 1959

Dot & I got together last Friday (2/12/16) with Mick Kent ('60), Glenn Davis('60) & his wife Coreen for lunch at the restaurant at Fall Creek Falls State Park.  First time all 3 of us had been together for around 30 years. Mick, Glenn & I were the founding members of a short lived car club called CVC- Cambridge Valley Customs. Glenn & I both still have a few business cards for the club that we had printed up back in the day. The club folded when we left school. Time was short but we had a blast reminiscing about our Cambridge Days. Best regards,

Barbara Peters- Class of 1966  Argyle, NY 12809

Surprise Pauline!!--I am most delighted to report that I am indeed going to open a B&B here at the farm this spring. It is located at 1134 Robertson Road, Argyle, NY 12809. This will be a Bed and make your own Breakfast. It has a separate kitchen facilities, entrance, and community room for guests to use.

As you know I have been working on this project for several years. I have downsized my commercial flock of sheep to hobby size and bought a couple of horses for my personal use. This is a working farm of more than 100 acres located on a dirt road with acres of woods and fields. Now hay is the main crop.

The farm is located about 1 mile from Route 40, less than 30 minutes from Cambridge, Saratoga, Glens Falls or Vermont. A good meal and the Greenwich shopping mall are 10 minutes away. This is a great place to relax and enjoy life.

I want to encourage ALL CCS alumni to attend the annual reunion in July especially members of my class of 1966. This is our 50 year reunion!!  SO a special discount price will be give to ALL who reserve rooms here to attend Please call 518-692-72464 (Please, no text messages) or e-mail hobbyhorsehill518@gmail.com for information, pictures, and to reserve a room. (No website yet)

Thanks Pauline for your encouragement, enthusiasm, and input!  You helped to pick out the Scottish theme for the decor. You gave me several items from Scotland and Mississippi which now decorate the rooms. Indeed the best room in the house is identified by your name!  Bless you for your help in so many ways!!

Best wishes to all my friends

There are 136 days left until The 12th All Classes Reunion, starting July 15, 2016

Hope to hear from you soon,

Until next time

Pauline
