HAPPY THANKSGIVING! November 2016 |
Dear CCS Alumni and Friends,
I want to wish each one a Very Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving.
I truly feel blessed to be part of such a great family of CCSers.
I am grateful for your kind words of encouragement, your support
and your prayers throughout the year. I appreciate your emails,
your participation in the newsletter and website and hope you
will find time to continue. When I count my blessings you are
right up there among the top.
Happy Thanksgiving. Shout out to the 2016 CCS
Football Team! Save travels. Bring it home.

Just finished
shoveling us out! Have to stay ahead of it, especially when we
have had approximately 25 inches of snow in the last 24 hours.
I will be at
the Dome on Friday, rooting the Orange & Black on to victory.

CCS FOOTBALL TEAM HEADED TO THE DOME
The Tribesman Booster Club has led the way at preparing our football team for the state finals on Friday at noon at the Carrier Dome. The Booster club has arranged for one charter bus of fans to go to the game at a discounted rate. 2016 Championship cow bells are on order for game goers and ACE Hardware has order orange light bulbs for our porch lights. Businesses in town are having their windows painted to show their support. Battenkill Books is holding an Orange sale on Wednesday and a Black sale on Friday. The team will be escorted out of town Friday at 7 am by a host of emergency service vehicles. The team is practicing today in Stillwater on their turf field (ours is covered in snow) and tomorrow Thanksgiving morning at 9 am. We have a super excited team, coaches, and mothers! Many of these same kids played on the 2010 Pee Wee Football team that lost their super bowl by 1 point. Amazing group of athletes and overall great kids.
There are 232 days left until The 13th All Classes Reunion, starting July 14, 2017.
