Sponsorship Opportunities for 2019 Balloon Festival June 7-9, 2019

CORPORATE SPONSORS $2000 Sponsorship includes two tickets to Pilot dinner Friday night (at the fireworks), two tickets to the Pilots breakfast on Sunday morning, introduction at the Friday night opening ceremonies, logo listing in the festival guide and on the event website, recognition in festival press releases, Banner placement at all event sights & 10x10 booth spot at the launch site. A total of 4 sponsorships will be assigned.
BALLOON SPONSORS $1000 Sponsorship includes two rides in sponsored balloon on Friday night (if Friday launch is canceled due to weather, free rides MAY be rescheduled at the pilots’ discretion), two tickets to Pilot dinner Friday night (at the block party), two tickets to the Pilots breakfast on Sunday morning, introduction at the Friday night opening ceremonies, logo listing in the festival guide and on the event website, and recognition in festival press releases. A total of 10 sponsorships will be assigned.
FESTIVAL GUIDE SPONSOR $500 Sponsorship includes inside back cover of festival guide or inside front cover to be distributed in the community by Memorial Day and throughout the event, as well as listing on the event website. Sponsor may also have a free information booth at all balloon launches. A total of Two sponsorships will be assigned. First sponsor has choice. $600 for Back Cover Sponsor
OPENING CEREMONIES SPONSORS $500 Sponsorship includes VIP parking at Friday night launch, introduction at the opening ceremonies, mention in the festival guide, on the event website, and in all press releases pertaining to the opening ceremonies. Sponsors may also have a free information booth at the balloon launches. A total of Two sponsorships will be assigned.
MOON GLOW SPONSOR $500 Sponsorship includes introduction at Moon Glow event, mention in the festival guide and on the event website, and signage at the event, as well as recognition in festival press releases pertaining to the Moon Glow. A total of Two sponsorships will be assigned.
SCHOOL LAUNCH SPONSOR $400 Sponsorship includes mention in pre-publicity for launch as well as in the festival guide and on the event website. Sponsor may also have an information table at the school launch. One sponsorship will be assigned.
CHAMPAGNE SPONSOR $400 Sponsorship includes recognition at opening ceremonies, in the festival guide, and on the event website. Sponsor may place label or tag on champagne bottles. One sponsorship will be assigned.
WELCOME BAG SPONSOR $300 Sponsorship includes recognition within the gift bag and mention in the festival guide and on the event website Sponsor also receives two tickets for dinner at the fireworks on Friday night. One sponsorship will be assigned.
FIREWORKS SPONSOR $300 Sponsorship includes signage and announcement of sponsors at fireworks event, mention in the festival guide and on the event website, and recognition in festival press releases pertaining to the fireworks. A total of 10 sponsorships will be assigned.
PILOTS WELCOME DINNER $300 Each sponsorship includes two free tickets to the Dinner, signage at the event, mention in all press releases pertaining to the event, and recognition in the festival guide and on the event website. Two sponsorships will be assigned.
TASTE OF CAMBRIDGE SPONSORS $300 Sponsorship includes recognition at event and mention in the festival guide and on the event website. Five sponsorships will be assigned.
PILOTS BREAKFAST SPONSOR $300 Sponsorship includes introduction and signage at the event and mention in the festival guide and on the event website. Two sponsorships will be assigned.
BLOCK PARTY SPONSORS $250 Sponsorship includes mention in festival guide and on the event website, as well as signage and sponsor announcements at the event. Four sponsorships will be assigned.
MUSIC SPONSORS $200 Sponsorship includes mention in festival guide and on the event website, as well as signage and sponsor announcements at live music events. Ten sponsorships will be assigned.
GOLD SPONSORS $100 Sponsor receives a 2018 festival pin, Festival Tshirt and Gold level mention in festival guide and on the event website. 25 gold sponsorships will be assigned.
SILVER SPONSORS $50 Sponsor receives a 2018 festival pin and Silver level mention in festival guide and on the event website. 50 silver sponsorships will be sold.
