CCS Class of 1985 Reunion The Class of 1985 is holding its 30th reunion on Sunday July 12 at noon (one week before the all-class reunion weekend). The party will be at 575 Perry Hill Road Shushan - the home of Tammy Linendoll ( Center). If you would like additional information, e-mail pegpat11@hotmail.com or call 518-677-8154 and speak with Peggy or Patrick McLenithan.
The
Class of 1985 will recall events such as Sept-1984 when the
Cambridge Marching Band traveled to Canada for its first overnight
trip. The floats at their Spring Carnival were awesome. They
strutted the stage during Once Upon a Mattress. They oversaw a major
CCS renovation
The Jr Prom theme was Wonderful Tonight. The photos are hilarious with all the boys donned in white tuxedos (yep, white!). They had 5 foreign exchange students: Elisabeth and Christian (W. Germany), Stefan (Switzerland), Rikke (Denmark), and Anna (Philippines). The class started kindergarten seeing the goats, kittens, and other animals that Mrs. Sweet brought into the classroom. They got their first hall lockers in fifth grade. In sixth grade they got to eat lunch in their room instead of the cafeteria. That year also saw a trip to the art gallery in Boston. High school started with Mr Vitello shooting hook shots of chalk into the waste basket. Mr Morton’s ties were a highlight of tenth grade. Eleventh and twelfth grades brought soccer success in the Sectionals. If you have a connection to the CCS Class of 1985, round up your stories and attend their reunion
